It's that time of year again: we're pleased to be publishing FoRCE's 2025 Annual Review! This year's review offers a close look at everything we've achieved together over the past 12 months and brings you up to date with our ambitions for 2026.
Inside, you'll find:
- A summary of our governance structure and how we're run
- Updates on our key objectives, strategy, and finances
- A snapshot of the incredible projects and events we've delivered in 2025
- A preview of what's to come in 2026, including exciting plans to grow the team and build on this year's successes
We're so proud of what we've achieved as a community this year, from initiating our Hedgerows and Maintenance projects and attracting a growing number of volunteers at our regular sessions, to being chosen as finalists at the Pride In Medway Awards. We couldn't have done it without the dedication and support of our volunteers, members, and partners.
Thank you again for being part of our journey throughout another year. Together, we've made a real difference for Rochester, and we can't wait to see and share everything we accomplish in 2026.
